Hi there at PAW.

As this i my first post, after following the forum in a couple of months, i would like to thank the steady serius posters. You really help a lot off people, to stop wasting a lot of time, which in the Big Picture really helps us all in our growing marketplace. Thank you

The Website, im asking for help on is www.thepokerroomreview.com.
Our Company History:
Autum 2006
1. Move Abroad, take break from lawschool, sponsored by some buddies, starting betguiden ltd., making betguiden.com with no clue what so ever on what we where doing.
Vinter 2007
2. Discovering that the money is in Poker, so changing focus to that, on Betguiden.com, still with no clue, but now with a pretty neet 5K website, that attracts signups from google (how i will never know, but we discover the value in SEO).
3. Spring 2007
Finding out that rakeback is easy, after meeting an inspiring affiliate, so we put up www.dpwrakeback.com that still attracts high value Danish Players, which we treat as kings. Getting a good off and online rep, attracting more signups, the MSN list is growing, but we dont use any forum, as the failure off Betguiden scared us off it.
4. Summer 2007
Buying new domains for the future, one of them PRR thinking that 10 sites would do good at google, when they link each other up. Searching and finding around 50 guys, from all over the world, who would work freelance as reporters, almost decided to skip that now, as we realised the best off those guys would become excellent subaffiliates for some markets, thats several years behind scandinavia.
5. Autum 2007
Landed some excellent longterm (70/30 Profit) content delivery assignments for some webportals that didnt have a poker section even though they should have. The First translations, and subaffiliates for DPWRakeback.com gets started, working closely together with the subs, to find out what theyre gonna need to be succesfull. I think only 15 % off what they need is a rakeback site. I therefore wanna make the pokerroomreview as a kindda standard pokeraffiliate site that can combine the content we produce, with some regular affiliate stuff, as hosting some freerolls, making an added value pokerleauge, get the +500 highrollers to help each other in a forum, in stead off us having a lot off standard email. Making a natural site, with some easy BonusCodes ect.

Currently im making the structure off this site, and if anybody wanna add comments to that, they would be greatly appreciated. There will be added a forum, and maybe a pokerleague and freeroll section

Notes before commenting:
You should never have a half finished site online - "we know, and we dont care"
Theres no unique content - "no its tips from the pros and some articles found in here, with prober backlings, we have 8 half pro journalist starting the content production, next month, i wanna put them here, so my subs only need to go 1 place, when they need it"
Actually we dont need this site to do anything, but while we have a very easy access to make this "standard" affiliate site, with unique fresh content, we might as well make it as good as humanly possible.
Grammar - "im not 100 % in english grammar, but we have a nice english girl, that will check it up, before anything is promoted"

So im asking the great brains inhere, what is your thoughts on such a project? Is there anything horrible wrong with the basic structure of this site as we speak? Kaus,Dave,Blah ect. some off you wanted a thread that educates, i hope this can be it...
The sites without content is because they arent done, not mistakes ect. anybody, that has build a website from schratch know what i mean.

PokerNews:
No point in competing with pokernews.com, in the news area, so we might as well, use our own niche newsproduction, and link to pokernews.com if the player needs more news than we produce.
Integrity:
Its the only thing that sells in scandinavia, so i want the page to ooose integrity, starting out with a deep talk to Gus Hansen, about poker, life, ect, having payed players that report on the pokerrooms with their honest oppinion, articles and maybe blogs following unknown players, online, following the TAGish pokerstrategy and BankRollManagement we are specialized in preaching, maybe quit all our Bookie affiliates, and teach our users how to make their sidebets profitable as well, the real way that every good affiliate knows, but dont tell anybody about.

I will post in this thread as the project moves along, and hope other affiliates can learn something as well as we.
