I sent an email to Party Poker but still have not heard back from them. Tonight though when I googled Party Poker Affiliate Program, every single site for like 3 pages deep was still using the old link. Every single link no matter what site or who is reffering goes to:

http://www.partypoker.com/index.htm?wm=2238044

Whether this is another affiliate or an internal account, I think it is extremely shady. About 1/10th of 1 percent of Party Poker affiliates know about this forum so I have to imagine that many people are getting screwed out of sub-affiliate sign-ups every day.

It will be interesting to see what the affiliate teams response over at Party will be. I'm don't want to make it a big issue but man, that sucks for those affiliates with high traffic sites that have no idea this is taking place, likewise shouldn't we get credit if someone shows up at party through our regular links? That sucks too

All I know is that I noticed this the day it happened about 3 months ago...

I emailed them and changed right away....

I dont get many sub sign ups but I surfed the web and saw many who did not change and emailed as many as I could and funily nobody even bothered to change them.

oh well..... Some guy is getting millions off this if its not an internal account. Cant even imagine..

This is crazy. It's funny because over the past week I've signed up several subs at empire, Pokerroom and Ultimate, but the one PP sub that went through turned out to not fall under me untill I sent them an email an hour later. I wonder how many others I should have had. Makes me want to shift somewhere else. It's just like any big business, they can screw whomever they want because they have complete control.

This is just like cookie stuffing that goes on in affiliate marketing for all the major corporations and don't care if people get away with it. Parasites are stealing our commisions and something needs to be done. I'll keep you posted on what hear back.

Damn Damn Damn.

I just did the same google you did Jeremy. What the hell is going on. The same Id keeps coming up. I better test my sites ASAP. It sucks when it can't be regulated.

What are you guys talking about. I see a page of results and lots of different affiliate codes on each page. Is there another thread that talks about some secret thing?

Also what "old link"?

PPP,

Do a search on PP affiliate and you'll find a bunch of sites when you click on thier affiliate banner or whatever it takes you to the same code everytime.

Okay, I see some do, but definitely not all. That's an exaggeration.

Yes anyone using the old code that looks like this does:

http://www.partypoker.com/affiliates/sign_...ASTERID=2020527

However some people just have their standard affiliate link which does take you to Party Poker where you will get credit for new player sign-ups but still won't get credit for sub-affiliate sign-ups.

If you have found a link like the one shown above that actually takes you to Party versus being redirected to the 2238044 affiliate account, please post it here.

What is the real link for affiliate sign ups? I beleive it was EG who said use your payout code instead of a tracker. I'm confused now. This what my code looks like now. Anyone know if this i correct?
