This company is classified as a "Small E-Money Issuer". Each customer can hold only a maximum of 150 Euro in their account. Can someone confirm this?

Good to hear. If the case is only a small amount of money can be held in an account, it by no means will be "replacing" neteller. It's still a start though, maybe they broke the ice and now a bunch of e-wallets will begin popping up.

Where have all the pre-paid online card companies gone, like Immediate Deposit?? I know Poker.com was using them for awhile until they all the sudden disappeared from their payment options.
