Good CPA to promote to USA players?

[ucladave]

I do mostly CPA promoting and now that Titan, Party, and 888 are all out of the game for USA players I am looking to replace them.

Aside from bodog, who has decent CPA deals out there AND accepts USA players?

Mansion offers an alright CPA of around $77 with a 30% MRG after the player generates $77 in revenue. They are willing to negotiate it after you show some results (good CPA and no MGR).

Poker Stars and Full Tilt seem to be the place to play these days, i think they both start you off at $65-$75 CPA
Absolute also but i think they start you off on MGR and if you bring the traffic they will convert you!

If you can send mega players, Stars will pay you up to $300 without negotiation.
