Official Video Thread - Online Poker Ban

[Bryan]

Thought starting a thread with YouTube and iFilm video and the code to copy would be a good idea.

This would be an easy way for all webmasters to add video of this injustice to your websites.

Please post the link to the video for other webmasters to copy and post on their sites.

Obviously video interviews with poker players, poker advocates or simply news segments detailing what is really going on would be best.

I'll start it off by posting this fairly cheesy explanation of Bill Frist, but atleast it gets the point across. Dan (adioking) will like this one.

Here is a very good one from the democrat in Massachusetts.

Sometimes it is so true Corp. In this case, it is totally about principle. Our civil liberties are disappearing all the time. I 100% understand that there are problems with gambling, yet other peoples values shouldn’t be put on others unless it helps the masses. How about universal health care, oh wait we should waste $500 billion on a war that was an utter lie.

LIES LIES LIES. The GDP card is so lame.

When the blinders are on, the peripheral vision gets wiped away. Meaning you need to see things through before making such harsh decisions.

It is really hard to be a positive American right now. Yes, I have water, electricity and my daily needs, but if we keep going down this path we will end up in a very depressed country.

Just to share a quick story. I was at an NFL football game and they passed out 80,000 small American flags to the fans to wave. I refused to pick it up when I looked at the sticker wrapped around the flag stick. MADE IN CHINA. Are you kidding me.....

Just a rant. Good luck all, I wish you the best.

The GDP thing is ridiculous. Do they forget the billions they are leaving on the table that would add to the GDP of this country if they would just regulate the industry within our own borders.

So disturbing that we have minority opinions shaping our laws and not based on facts.
