From my limited experience so far I would have been better off with CPA.
How do other webmasters typcially choose to get paid for there poker sign ups?
Does it vary much from poker room to poker room?
I sign up players purely from info and ads on my site, I don't have an interaction with them or give any rakeback, just letting you know incase thats a factor.
you should add another option or two on the poll, and that is combination of both or hybrid deals. I think a nice mix of cpa and mgr is key.
