Also to state the prety darn obvious, how much would y'all like to have cardrooms send out some mega-promotion email on day 31 if they have 30 day cookies. Affiliates almost never close deals, and in fact liuterally can't. Cardrooms do. You guys wanting short cookies basically want to be screwed over by the cardrooms, or at least have this forum overrun with conspiracy posts about how the cardrooms ran a promotion the day after a cookie expired.

My immediate thought before even reading any of the replies was a minimum of 90 days.

Anything between 90-180 days should be sufficient.

90-100 days sounds legit IMO.

30 days or less is a scam!

The greater realities are first that a salesman got someone to the lot, is walking him around, then a poacher smacks the first salesman on the head, runs up to the customer, lies that he is the legit salesman, and finishes the deal.
A car dealership can regulate this type of thing. In the car business what you describe is referred to as a "skate" and is not tolerated.

Perhaps the card rooms should find a way to prevent skating. If 100 day cookies is the trick then fine.

As far as cookies go, I would agree with 100 days as being sufficient.

I also am unclear about players actually signing up that you get credit for. This might be a really dumb question, but when a player signs up a play money account from lets say your bonus code. Can they sign up with someone else after a period of time, and then you dont get credit for them?

I am under the impression that if you get a play money player that you will get a RMP credit if that person ever makes a deposit. Please let me know if it is other wise...
