Hi, I'm a new affiliate and appreciate those with more experience helping me out here.

1) Both Party and Empire gave me a nice little bonus in Feb. Party gave $15 per sign up and Empire gave $200 and entry to a freeroll for signing up 10 players. How frequent are these bonuses offered? Are they usually about this size? Any information on these affiliate bonuses would be appreciated.

2) The MGR Tier says up to $10k is 20% and above $10k is 25%. So what if you have an MGR of $20k? Do you get 25% of the full $20k ($5k) or do you get 20% of the first $10k and 25% of the second $10k ($4.5k)?

I called Party Poker earlier this week with the exact same question. They told me it would be 25% on the full amount. In other words, it would be 5k for 20k MGR.

That is correct, you get 25% of the full amount. Keep in mind that your stats will show you at 20% for the entire month regardless of your MGR. Only until payday will you be bumped up to 25% if you exceed the 10k MGR threshold.
