Neteller affiliate? Refer Friend?

[adioking]

Is there any type of affiliate program / refer a friend program that Neteller offers? I would definetly want to do something like this if so...

Refer A Friend Program

NETELLER's Refer A Friend Program rewards you for spreading the word about NETELLER's fast, secure, and convenient online money transfer services.

Each time you, a NETELLER member, refer a friend who adds funds into a new NETELLER account, we'll enter your name into a draw to win $10,000. A new draw will be made each quarter.

To refer a friend, simply visit the link below and enter the email addresses of anyone you would like to refer. NETELLER will email them an invitation to sign up for a free NETELLER account-and once they fund their account, you're automatically entered in our next Refer A Friend draw!

To refer a friend later, click the Refer a Friend link in the QuickLinks menu in your NETELLER account.

I specifically contacted them a few months ago about this & at that time the answer was no.
I thought there would be because of some special neteller deposit bonuses I had seen?

Might be worth another try though?

EDIT: just to clarify...there wasn't any affiliate style referral program with a tracking link etc.
