It doesn't give the terms of the CPA or Hybrid anywhere that I could find, could you list those.

Also to switch to these programs will we have to e-mail you or are you changing it around so we can just choose them?

Hi All,

At this point in time we are only converting accounts upon request as some affiliates may be happy with their current plan.

These new plans are available to ALL affiliates, not just new ones so if you would like to be on one of the new schemes please contact me and I will arrange for them to be added to your account.
