PKR Launching a Casino
Received the email below that PKR is going to be launching an casino. My question to those who cross promote casinos and poker on several sites, do you think it is worth adding casino if you are making a nice steady income from their poker site? It is currently one of my top earners, and I wonder if it is worth risking. What I was thinking about doing was creating another affiliate account just for casino and promote it that way. Any thoughts?
Email I received this morning:
You may have heard the rumours and now we can confirm that they are true - PKR Casino is launching soon! This is great news for affiliates - now you have two ways to cash in on the players you refer!
Featuring software from market leaders Playtech, PKRCasino will offer a huge range of popular games like roulette, blackjack and casino hold 'em (a great draw for poker players) plus slots, craps and video poker. Progressive jackpots will offer players huge payouts and our launch bonus and VIP programme will be there to keep players loyal.
As affiliates you'll have the option to either continue promoting PKR poker exclusively, or to reap the rewards of promoting PKR poker and PKRCasino together to the same players.
Casino commissions can really boost your revenues. But with every extra reward comes a little extra risk. Affiliates need to keep in mind that casino player's winnings may be deducted from commissions. This is a standard arrangement for casino affiliates and, over the long run, occasional losses are almost always less than the increased commissions generated through casino play.
We'll be sending you a PKRCasino information pack soon that will help you get ready for PKRCasino and provide you with the information you need to make the right decision for your affiliate programme.
Kind regards,
PKR Affiliate Team
