Hi there,

We are having the same issues... Their support team has gone from 5 to 1, so they are backed up apparently... still, no excuse!

for what it's worth, we've historically had a great relationship with p.com / carbon, and whenever there were issues (which there will be with any room), they've always been sorted out to our complete satisfaction.

i believe there's just a bit of growing pains impacting turnaround right now, and i expect it to be temporary.

that's my .02.

Hi Greekhand,

I do apologize if there are delays in getting back to you. I am trying to reply to all emails I receive in a timely manner, but given the massive amount I receive on a daily basis my response time is being stretched at the moment.

Can you please send any emails directly to me at and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cheers,

Dean is one of the BEST at returning emails and answering inquiries.

If the same stress was put on some of the other sites in terms of EMAILS:PERSONEL we probably wouldn't hear back from them for about 2 years.

Keep it up Dean!

PS...Are you guys planning on hiring anyone new? Brandon needs some more work!

Thanks for the kind words Chris

We are looking to replace the staff we lost recently but finding the "right" people for the job is tough. We hope it won't be too much longer before you are emailing some new faces.

I am certainly enjoying the increased exposure at the moment though. I think I have received at least one email from just about our entire affiliate base in the past month so it's certainly keeping me on my toes.

Cheers,
