Good story.

Interesting to see how things would change for us if they exempt online poker from the UIGEA.

To this date that group has accomplished NOTHING! Seriously, what have they done in almost 2 years?

I saw Howard Lederer on Sqwak Box on CNBC the other morning and it was horrific to watch. They put him up against a professional right wing debater from some conservative values group and although I thought her arguments were nonsense I still say she killed him as far as getting her message out against online gaming.

Look. They need to get rid of using these professional players as spokespeople in the media. Think about it... 9 out of 10 people watching CNBC in the morning have no idea who the hell Howard Lederer is so putting these pro players to go on worldwide tv and stumble over their own words isn't helping anyone. These opposing groups sure aren't putting amateurs up there so neither should the PPA. They need to be putting professional debaters and speakers up there to get their point across. Again you gain nothing by putting up pro players as the average person doesn't know who they are anyways. Here's a test.... next time you walk down an American street ask 10 random people who Ann Coulter is and then ask 10 people who Annie Duke is... you'll see my point.

That PPA movement is going nowhere until they get their head out of their asses.
