How do you cash out at UB?

In the new UB chipleaders backend I can't figure out how to cash out my affiliate earnings. I have emailed support last week and also pm'd Danielle yesterday and I have not received a reply on how I can do this. Can anyone help?

They probably paid to your UB account automatically.

If they didn't...they might have opened a NEW PLAYER'S ACCOUNT with the same username and password as your affiliate account and paid there.

Pretty dumb they don't TELL YOU THESE THINGS...you have to figure them out fro yourself....thank god for PAW!

Check it out and see what happened....you then have to get them to fix the whole issue, so you don't have 2 player accounts! This may take a while on its own.

If you can't figure it out some exotic powder sent to Chipleader headquarters may be in order...j/k.

Okay, well I just found out why I did not get the support emails...My email hasn't been forwarding right. UB did email me..Sorry

Also thanks corpfan1, I dl'd UB and then tried to validate my affiliate account with my email... I then found out the email address wasn't forwarding! No wonder why I wasn't getting any responses from a bunch of programs.
