Not sure what the OP thought, but this is just a bunch of paperwork. Government moved to dismiss, IMEGA obviously opposes that, government has to reply to IMEGA's reply.

The out come will have a huge effect.

It is all about the patterns.

Carruthers busted.....Uiega passing....major companies leaving US market...neteller arrests...

Now we have...

Corrupt govt and the inside job on the uiega....MAJOR support for reversal....loads of press against the uiega.....WTC rulings......support from major politicians...

Now the DOJ is trying to dismiss this Imega case. If Imega wins the battle and gets the court to put a hold on on the UIEGA then the gaming industry continues to steamroll in the right direction. If they fail, I know that people won't give up but it does not help at all, that is for sure.
