Hollywood Poker takes same BS Payment Route

Has any US affiliate been paid by these people since the US player drop? The only way they'll pay US affiliates now is if you sign up for Wirecard, and as we discussed with Pokeraffiliate, wirecard is useless if you're not on their short list of phone providers.

Its funny, only a week ago they were asking what they could do to get more exposure. Ummm, maybe pay. Its only been 10 months.

Whoever wants to make a poker specific version of Affiliate Speed Pay would kill it.

via cheques to U.S. affiliates, instead we have a completely new
solution, https://www.wirecard.com/wirecard/app . This new
Solution is exclusive to our US customers and it is purposed to
address and alleviate the recent issues with US banks being
unwilling to cash the cheques and/or charging extremely high fees
due to the issuing bank being located in Europe.
Be advised, if you are based in the US and have previously
selected ‘Cheque’ as your payment option, your payments will now
be set to pay to your HP account.
Setting up a Wirecard account is simple. Simply follow the steps
below to get started:
1. Go to https://www.wirecard.com/wirecard/RegistrationStart.html
and open up a Wirecard account. You will need to enter your real
name, address, email, etc. This is done in less than a minute,
free of charge.
2. You will receive an account number.
3. You then forward the account number, full name and email
address to the support at [operator] and the Payments Team will
load the account with the funds.
4. This load is then instantly transferred onto your account and
you will then receive a virtual Mastercard
(https://www.wirecard.com/wirecard/ShowHelpPage.html#q7). You can
use this virtual Mastercard to pay for any purchase on the
internet, as you will get a virtual ccv2 number, virtual card
number, etc.
5. You can take it a step further if you want the money cash. You
then logs in to your account and order a real Wirecard mastercard
with the funds loaded and you can then go to any ATM bearing the
Mastercard logo and take the money out with the normal
international ATM charges of course. The pin code and card will
take 2 - 3 weeks to arrive at your US address.

That sucks. As a U.S. affiliate it is not even worth the hassle to deal with wirecard.

On a sidenote you can promote Hollywood through PAW and get paid directly through bank wire or player account transfer at Stars.

You would think Hollywood would have done some research and seen the hassles that pokerroom had before signing on with them.

Tried signing up a few weeks ago , using 3 different phones , not one worked to receive the activation code .

Figured i can get paid by pr to there since there not sending me payments in a few months and never respond to emails .
