 What will the US Gov do with the Neteller data
It is nice that Neteller gave the US users their money back, but it was done only under the condition that they cooperate with US government investigations.
What does this mean exactly for poker players and affiliates? Are there any news articles or official government press releases that address this point? Is the Dept. of Homeland security going to start kicking down doors of people who played online poker two years ago or some poor kid who put a party poker banner on his Blogspot blog?
Sorry if this has been covered before, but most of the threads I searched through are focused mostly on getting the money back.
