Is neteller gone? Can't log in!

[PokerMaster]

I am not from the US and still use neteller, I have had the following error message every time I have tried to log in since last night:
ype Exception reportmessage
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception

org.springframework.transaction.IllegalTransaction StateException

anyone know anything about this?
Thanks
