Working with Word Press

[SmackDog]

Anyone have any good reading on how to adjust Word Press templates?

I'm going to try to modify a template for the first time and don't want to go in blind.

Thanks,

This is a good guide to WP themes...

And also a good guide to setting up a local version of Wordpress offline, so you can set yourself up a nice offline test environment.
