Here is a tip for everyone - try not to submit only your site's links, because people will look at your profile and bury your story fast as it's not acceptable for webmasters to submit their own sites. Either get someone else to submit your site's story, or pad your account by submitting real stories from major authority sites, therefore building your own reputation on digg.
In fact, the better reputation your account has, the more your vote counts for therefore increasing the likelihood of your story hitting the front page.
