Windows movie maker,text location and watermarking...

I am looking for a method of "branding" or watermarking short avi's. A friend suggested WMM, and it works to a point, but I can only create text that is positioned in the center of the clip. I want to position it "out of the way" in a
corner, I cant seem to figure out how to do that.
Is there a way to do this within WMM or does anyone have a suggesti0on as to a different video editing program that will allow this?

Have you updated to MovieMaker2?

Free upgrade thru WinUpdate, not sure if it solves your posted problem? Well worth the time to upgrade for the added features though

Copy this code into
C:\Program Files\Movie Maker\Shared\AddOnTFX\Subtitle lower.xml
Restart movie maker and you should have your new title "@Subtitle lower""

mine says windows movie maker version 2.1.4026.0

Im assuming thats the brand new one even though I got it a few months ago?
