Most of the good sportsbooks don't have affiliate programs or they are horrible programs. GCMoney has a good program, but I don't like any of the sportsbooks they promote. A lot of them have had some shady backgrounds, so I won't promote them.
VIP has a great program with good stats. You can promote VIP, BetGameday and a bunch of there other small books.
Bet365 is good as well
BetWWTS has great brand recognition and a decent program. betaffiliate.com runs it
