Are US players residing abroad (in say Japan) eligible, and how would they deposit?

Hi guys,

I have several US players (college students on a study leave program in Japan from what I understand) who have contacted me, and want to sign up to Pacific (I'm an 888 affiliate and PAW affiliate, but will use PAW due to higher MGR%).

1. Are they eligible?
2. What is the best method for them to deposit?

(I don't believe they can use Neteller)
