I have seen that bonus code still has search precedence,but its about 60% 40% to referral code.
I have way different numbers then imteaz of the term FullTilt Bonus. It is only 2 % of the overall full tilt search traffic. Which oddly enough full tilt code get about the same 2%.
But over all its a pretty good mix of combination searches.
