I can't help with the questions because Last month was 1st month in many that I was negative. I have all sports and casino players there, not much for poker and November was bad for the house.
But out of curiosity, What kind of statement do you guys get. I always just get payment to player account and check my stats online, never seen a statement before. Does it show anything online stats does not?
