This is why I think all new affiliate should be put on a probationary period of 6 months. Most give up well before than and those who tough it out and show that they are willing to work with the room not against them can than discuss a CPA or any other type of plan based on their progress.
It would really get rid of all of the "get rich over night" affiliates and than maybe the rooms would not have as many CPA fraud issues and could offer better plans to the affiliate who do produce players and bust their ass
