Heck there are some cases where I'd be ecstatic to get an answer in a week. Others.. I'd shoot for just in this lifetime..
There are many many great AM's out there though, gotta give them their props too
.. and not only do I give them their props, I give them my space
- for a fee of course
but .. for those AM's that suck..
Just give their property the hint, as we start removing banners from folks that haven't heard of customer service.. pretty simple stuff
