You can check with Mitchell or Inga at
HelpDesk and they can check if your players are tracked as PMP (playmoneyplayers) . It could be that your players are not in the stats because they have just registered and havent played any money or playmoney games. But I suggest they deposit money and play and that way you will see if your trackers are set up correctly. Also I believe you can ask Jeremy (the boss) if your trackers work. Just send him a pm with your sites url.
