I'm going to be honest: I think the company must be a mess and I would be hesitant if I was an affiliate to continue to market their products. When you do not care about people sending 1000's of players to your site something is radically wrong.
I emailed the owner, CEO and VP of Marketing who I met in Toronto over 3 weeks ago on my issues with Poker.com, payments, and the switch over from Carbon and what happened to my earnings. I got an email from the VP saying it was "player attrition".
We literally lost 2/3 of our monthly earnings. I'm not talking from 6k to 2k...... We were mid size 5 figures. How can you loose 20k or 30k per month in player value and just attribute this to attrition. It's a joke that they switch over to a new network and we lose the majority of our players and nothing can be done about it.
I dealt with Kris Robinson before he left. Kris is a great guy and was awesome to deal with and since he left.......... Things have gone way down hill. Kris still responds to my messages within a day and he's no longer with the company so that says a great deal. Ellen was great as well.
Is there a reason no one can get a response on the situation from this company?
Everyone is busy in this industry and working hard but within 24-48 hours everyone should get responded to. If your too busy to respond within that time frame it say's one thing: Hire more Aff Mgrs or your business is going to suffer.
