LOL I was so frustrated with the Poker.com/Carbon proogram. I manged to get #1 and 2 spots for quite a few months steady but it just didnt work. Players would clear thier bonus than run and I was just frustrated cause it was time...and alot of time I put into it.
Anyway I wrote an email to the room i think it had to have been 1200+ words...CC it to both Ellen and Daria explaining from a players perspective what was wrong with the room, and just went off on it.I was totally nice about it but made a ton of suggestions including AM communication when it comes to major changes within the company. I was told" I will bring this up in our next meeting, those are some really great points and blah blah blah" lol Its like they get focused in one direction and can seem to look in another. I knew it wasnt going to do anything and it was like 3 am and just pissed about the entire thing. It did teach me a lesson - dont rely on one room.

but how do you expect them to get any players when there is no incentive to play. Do they honestly think a player who plays $5/$10 table is interested in a $500 freeroll? Probably not....adjust and accomodate - you can still offer something for everyone
