Interestingly, the best chairs for people who use computers for a long time are not the expensive ones. The $1000 chairs may look great and be comfortable, but they keep your spine in a position that may not be natural for your body.

The best would be one like this:

The back cushion should be in the lumbar spine level.

But no chair can help you if you work for more than 2 hours without even getting up.

If you stay more than two hours (most of us do), I recommend some exercise every two hours. You can find an example here

Other topics: never use the laptop keyboard for long. If you do, say goodbye to your neck. I recommend using a keyboard when you are at home, and raising your laptop so that the upper side of the screen is in your eyes level.
