seems to me like your getting the same mess as in Denmark. Witout making any EU Art. 49 comments here, lets just say, the Commision, which in your legal terms are superior to the swedish goverment, dont like countries taking actions like this. The Problem is that, they wanna secure their case before starting it in the European Court, so its taking ages. Until then its a grey area, where you can be sure, the goverments will try their hardest to protect their Monopoly income.
If you love your business, like the rest of us, then move to a place where its appreciated.
