Arthur just told me via AIM that he reviewed the chat and he did agree to it...but that he talked over our deal with others and they told him it was 'a joke' and that he should charge me more...and that is the reason why he raised the rates on me.
I've made bad deals before too. I have a deal on one of my affiliate accounts which costs me over $5k a month because I didn't think it through when I made the verbal agreement with my partner. Too bad. I'm stuck with it. Its a lesson learned and I still have my honor and my word (if not the ability to control myself when people piss me off...still working on that one).
