Wow - So sorry about that - PM or and I will at least get your feedback to the highest level in the hotel. We spent a lot of money there this week and at the very minimum you deserved basic customer service!!

On theft note - I think it is a really sad thing for Barcelona - There was at least 5 people this week at EIG and CAP Euro that had their bags/wallets stolen - Thankfully it was a pickpocket or snatch and run rather than someone that used violence. If Barcelona wants to remain a place for tourism they need to look at getting some tourism police that come down on these criminals hard.

We will be sending out feed back forms for the event so fill it out and let us know any thoughts you have on the venue, schedule, or whatever. After all it is an event for affiliates and we want to make it something that you want, rather than simply a revenue generating tool.

In my opinion I would like to look at getting a sponsor for shuttle buses in and out of town because they have a serious lack of taxis in that city!!
