I'd trade those stripes for a large white/blue gradient like the header though
Maybe a similar gradient for the top tabs too w/dark text? They're a bit blended into the background & the green text doesn't quite mesh with the site.
Sometimes its a fine line between "aha, got it!" & hmmmmm (need a pull 'yer hair out smiley)
