Before i go through your points, and before you raise anymore, please ensure that you understand the reasons why your account has been flagged.
As you know, we receive reports from the rooms each month, and work with them continuously to ensure that the players sent through are legitimate.
We've had 3 players that were signed up at Full Tilt through your links that had cashed out as soon as the points requirement was met. What's more, is that these players happened to be serial related, which means created on the same computer.
We can empathize with your disappointment on this matter but it's unfortunate that your players have resorted to this to get the CPA payout (and i'm not even touching on the incentive marketing techniques that you're using).
Because of our strict measures against low-value players or fraud, we have to ensure that this does not happen again, and we work with the rooms to protect others on the network.
As for payments from the other rooms:
We notify these rooms that we have stopped payments and they will either with-hold the amount, or take it off the payments for the month after.
And now onto the incentive marketing, or what you refer to as Sub-affiliate. Please understand that both are different.
Incentive marketing is providing your PLAYERS with incentives (such as the cash gift card that you mentioned), to play via your tracker links, thus bringing in your CPA.
Sub-affiliates refers to an affiliate that joins a program based on your recommendation, and is in your second tier. Based on what you have told us, you have been providing incentive marketing instead of sub-affiliating.
Based on your personal affiliation with the poker-rooms, you should be aware of the differences, but if you were still ever unsure, you could have dropped an email to ask us.
It's unfortunate that this had to be aired out here, but we take these measures to protect affiliates that have promoted and referred high value players.
