People who have signed up, or anyone that recieves and email from me gets my AIM screen name.
For regular browsing users I just offer email, but have thought about adding various chat screen names to help out.
Before UIGEA I had my phone number in all my email signatures, because I had a lot of American business so it was easy for them to call me if they had problems or questions about rakeback. I haven't included it in my sig for the past year probably, although I may put it back in. I think it provided a nice personal touch. Maybe a seperate business only phone number would be best...
