Akhilesh, this problem would never have happened if you simply provided them with the "quality" work that you stated on the first attempt. They should not have to proofread all of your work. I have been in similar situations myself and know how frustrating this would have been for PSO. I have dealt with web designers that, like you, state they can do the highest quality work. Once I realize they overlook such simple tasks and the quality is not what is initially promised, I quickly cancel the projects and consider my initial deposit a loss. Why should I give them 2nd, 3rd and 4th chances to do what they promised they would do the first time. I don't pay these people to waste my time. I don't even expect to get my initial deposit back, even though I probably should because they did not provide the services stated in the initial deal.

Considering you are in the business of translation, you would think it would be important to have some concept of the english language yourself. That was my first clue to stay away from your work when I saw your advertisements. This is probably where Mike made his big mistake.

Regardless, you both made mistakes and I think you need to learn from them and get on with your lives. Airing your dirty laundry on this forum really isn't going to help you in any way. What do you really expect to get out of posting on this site? Do you really think people are gonna think twice if PSO wants to purchase advertising space on one of our sites, or not offer him a link exchange? Or maybe the affiliate managers on here will block their accounts that bring them tons of revenue every month. Good luck with that!

If you want to take them to court, then by all means you can try it that way, but a judge will probably not take your side on this one.

Anyway, you wanted people's feedback on this, so here is mine. Oh, and I don't really care about your response, as I have already made up my mind on this one.

I also dont care about your response brother. What you and some others calling "crap" has been judged as OK by many other clients which are even Mike's friends. So I really do not need to explain it again n again, I have done it in this post- cleared every thing up. I was screwed of my money and time and that's why I decided to post here- on the advise of some of my esteemed clients. Also, someone who is very important in this forum.
