That message that you would have come across was probably due to us running out of trackers that we have entered into our backend. This usually happens when a room is popular!
I'm normally the one that issues the trackers, but we've recently got someone else on board to ensure that this become less of a likelihood. It should all be fixed now.
And if in doubt, send through a support ticket!
Vrindavan, that's a fantastic suggestion! I'll get that put forward to our developers who would probably get to it as soon as our new sub-affiliate system's off the ground!
