Yes, there are plenty of new players that have not played at Full Tilt and all the other poker rooms for that matter. You should include a nice mix of big poker rooms like Full tilt and Pokerstars, and mid sized rooms like Sunpoker.com and UB. Then you can test and see what rooms work best for your traffic.
