he tells me he sent me this information LONG ago....and that I was too stupid to know what FTP meant.
He again tells me that I have to initiate transfer from my new host.

I've known what FTP was for years, just did not know how to do it.
Your payment cleared on May 4.
The only mail you sent 2 days later was the one below....on May 6, 2007.
If I had FTP access, why would I repeatedly be asking for it, and why wouldn't you have simply said:
"I already sent it to you, Russ."
Send me the email where I asked you what FTP meant, and send me the email where you sent me the FTP info and I will apologize.
