I always cringe when someone
new asks for a site review.
I prepare myself for the worst but with your site I was pleasantly surprised e888.
Pros:
1. Very simple, easy on the eyes, mostly white design......perfect.
2. Not too many blinking banner distractions. Right on.
3. A descent first attempt at supplying useful content to your visitors now....... and in the future.
You're already 80% ahead of most new poker affiliates.
Very nice start. You obviously understand
some of the basics needed for success.
Cons:
There are many I'm afraid.
1. What is poker 286?..... is the number 286 significant in some way? Excuse me if I'm wrong.... I'm old.
2. What is your site about?......Seriously?
Just poker in general? There
is no way you can compete with the thousands of general poker sites on the net. It just can't be done this late in the game. You must find a niche you can dominate.
A good example is NewPokerGirls http://www.smallstakestexasholdem.com/
She's targeting small stakes players and could conceivably attract a very large female cult following that she can then market services and products to forever.... as long as she keeps them coming back to her site with a kick-ass newsletter and friendly, informative forum.

wink....wink
That's nicheing....... you must fine a small niche in the poker world that you can dominate.
3. "i did not known how to seo"......
you have to learn basic SEO.
Question: What software are you using to build your site?
You don't even have description and keyword tags.
Your title tag is..... Poker sites - Reviews of the best online poker sites
You'll never get traffic to your site this way.
No traffic = no money.
4. Why are all the links on your links page automotive in nature?
I'm dazed and confused about that one...... just when I thought you kinda know what you're doing!....lol
Sorry e888.... I don't mean to discourage you at all.
And you don't need to abandon all your hard work so far........ just change it around a bit.
My humble recommendations:
1. You must find a poker niche that interests you and that gets a descent amount of search engine queries each month with not to much competition. They are hard to find these days but they do still exist if you hunt for them.
Then configure your site design and content for that niche. It wont be that hard and real results.... aka sign ups and money will show up soon.
Newbie Tip:
Last I checked the keyword term "lose at poker why" got 3000+ searches per month with
very little competition.
Might be worth targeting.....be creative....teach them why......a new customer who respects you and trusts you for life!.... priceless.
2. And that leads into my next recommendation.
With all the competition in the online poker world today......
every visitor to your site, especially if it's less than 100 visitors per day must be
treated like gold....... DO NOT LET THEM LEAVE YOUR SITE WITHOUT GETTING THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR A NEWSLETTER OR GETTING THEM TO JOIN YOUR FORUM
This is the the key to your future success......or any success.
In fact it's the only way I can conceive of that new poker affiliates can make any money in this day and age.
You have to standout from the crowd.
Supply
something....anything.... they can't find anywhere else.
And keep them coming back for more.
Ignore the gaudy link in my sig. Those are advanced traffic strategies.
Find your niche .....your specialty in the poker world.
Become
the big fish in a small poker pond that you are truly passionate about.
Make friends like you = customers = future profit
And you'll make a profitable business you'll be proud of and a joy to keep building on.
Trust me.
