Default How is MGR calculated on the Hybrid?

A quick question on how the Mansion Hybrid works.

Is it calculated on an individual player basis, or your whole player base?

eg: if I sign up 3 players this month

Initial CPA = 3 x $100 = $300.

Player 1 rakes $200 @ 30% = $60
Player 2 rakes $50 @ 30% = $15
Player 3 rakes $1000 @ 30% = $300
Total MGR commision = $375

So as the CPA's are "advanced commissions" - how is the MGR calculated...

Total player base ie: Total MGR commision $375 less total CPA's $300 = MGR $75

or is it individual player basis

Player 1 rakes $200 @ 30% = $60 less $100 CPA = MGR nil (or negative?)
Player 2 rakes $50 @ 30% = $15 less $100 CPA = MGR nil
Player 3 rakes $1000 @ 30% = $300 less $100 CPA = MGR $200
Total MGR commision = $200

Also are Poker and Casino CPA / MGR calculated seperately or can CPA's paid on casino be deducted from MGR on poker etc?

Hopefully you can understand what I'm trying to ask !!!
