I agree the color scheme is hard on the eyes. It may be the white on the black background or something.

I also agree with Randy that you need more content. Your link headers are not unique and just say "poker" in 3 different cases. Make each link the title of what the page is about. Be descriptive.

And lastly, next to Sunpoker.com, you have "Signup at Holdem Poker..". Please be sure to update that to Sunpoker.com.
