In an effort to centralize things and make support run more efficient, we have added a
PAW Support Helpdesk. Currently people are emailing or PM'ing myself, Marius, and Mitchell. This new system will create a ticket that we can all see and will provide for faster service. Likewise it will keep our team all in the loop on every issue.
You can either open a ticket directly from the
PAW Support Helpdesk or just send an email to . This will automatically generate a ticket and you will get an auto responded mesaage with your ticket number.
