Usually every site is willing to negotiate if your a producer. However, I think alot of affiliate managers probably hear guys asking for higher %'s and promising the world with no evidence of past success.

If I ask for a higher percentage I typically try to prove myself for a month or two on the initial percentage. Furthermore I will supply a business plan on what my upcoming promotions and marketing budgets are. This seems to go over better than an email saying, "Hey Stephen I am going to send you 100 RMP's next month, can I get 40% at Paradise"  You guys laugh, but my guess is guys like Stephen get these all the time.

Furthermore if your not over $10,000 mgr a month at Party for example, you should be figuring out how your going to get there and at the standard 25% before you start asking for more.

But to answer the original question, from my past experience anything is negotiable if you are a top producer.
