I agree with Randy, the site looks good. Make the process simpler though - I was on the HomePage and had to concentrate in order to work out what to do next. It is 4.30am so I probably am closer to an average user rather than one that sits on the internet all day, so look to simplify. I like the preview video, but Randy's right, there will be nothng easier than a "click here to start"...
You also say sign up at one of our poker rooms - you only have one.
