Just finished working with alance, and there is not a lot I can say without repeating what every other poster in this thread has said.
To be blunt, I dont think you can find a better designer at such a low price. Just because the price is low, it doesn't mean you are getting any less quality of a site.
He managed to incorporate every aspet that I requested, and was happy to make any alterations after sending the mockup.
I will be using these guys for all of my design needs in the future.
