This could be the difference between one grade level in high school. No 15 years olds should not be doing this but they are every single day. That is a fact.
We should do more about stopping it than putting a guy in jail for 10 years because of something that really is not a crime. If he is a Junior and she is a sophmore there is nothing wrong with that age difference.
2 year age difference is nothing. No 15 year old girls should not being doing this. But they do.
