 Two Questions
1. How long does it normally take for Rackback earned as an affiliate to show up on my affiliate account. A friend of mine has been playing for 3 days now and it shows me the number of raked hands but no actual cash amount earned.
2. Am I allowed to have 2 bonus codes for my affiliate program? 1 for 50%RB and the other for just the 200% signup bonus?
